Regional Sales Manager (Onsite, Karachi)

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales activities for the South region of Pakistan, driving growth across volume, value, distribution and collections. This role requires a strong FMCG background and the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall sales operations for the South region in line with company objectives.
• Achieve regional targets for volume, value, distribution and collections through effective execution.
• Manage distributor performance, market coverage and route‑to‑market effectiveness.
• Coach, develop and motivate the regional sales team to enhance capability and performance.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, execution excellence and visibility standards.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and business opportunities to support sustainable growth.
• Ensure implementation of company sales policies, trade programmes and operational standards across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to regional sales operations and distributor management.
• Proven experience leading and developing regional sales teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Hands‑on experience managing distributor networks and driving primary and secondary sales growth.
• Track record of achieving regional targets across volume, value, distribution and collections.
