Regional Sales Manager – Poultry Feed Additives

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager – Poultry Feed Additives will be based in Lahore and will lead sales and market development for poultry feed additive products across the assigned region. This full‑time, on‑site position involves frequent field visits to farms, distributors and integrators to promote product benefits and provide technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and develop new business opportunities within the poultry sector.
• Visit poultry farms and distributors, present product advantages, and deliver technical nutrition advice.
• Implement regional sales plans, achieve volume and revenue targets, and monitor competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, pricing, promotions and customer service.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback and customer visit summaries for management.

Required profile

• Veterinary degree (DVM) with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of poultry nutrition, feed additives and practical farm management.
• Proven regional sales and business development track record, including territory and key‑account management.
• Effective communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills with farmers and distributors.
• Analytical ability for market assessment, sales forecasting and cost optimisation.
• Comfort with regular travel in Lahore and surrounding areas; valid driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with reporting tools to prepare sales reports and market analysis.
