Relationship Manager – Banking

About the role

Join Meezan Bank, Pakistan’s leading Islamic bank, as a Relationship Manager in Karachi. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their financial needs and delivering Sharia‑compliant banking solutions that drive growth and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Cross‑sell a range of Islamic financial products to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support to enhance loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Mandatory prior experience in banking or financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Customer Relationship Management expertise.
• Knowledge of Islamic banking principles and financial products.
• Business development and sales strategy experience.
