Relationship Officer – General Processing (NTP/NTB)

About the role

The Relationship Officer – General Processing is responsible for driving card acquisition and telesales activities while ensuring compliance with banking policies. The role focuses on meeting monthly KPIs, maintaining high productivity, and delivering excellent customer service over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote banking products and achieve card acquisition targets (NTP/NTB).
• Verify customer information, update systems, and process requests in line with regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain detailed records of approvals and reports.
• Monitor personal performance, attend daily team huddles, and align strategies to improve sales outcomes.
• Compile daily and monthly reports and MIS for the team.

Required profile

• University graduate with 1‑2 years of experience in a similar sales or banking environment.
• Strong sales and customer focus with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent presentation and people management skills.
• Analytical mindset with good computer proficiency.
