Remote Business Development Manager (SDR)

About the role

DevQuester is a software development agency building AI SaaS products, web apps and custom software for clients worldwide. It is growing its client base and wants a Business Development Manager (SDR) to bring in new business. The role owns the front end of the sales process, from finding prospects to booking meetings and passing qualified leads to closing, working directly with the founder and a small, fast-moving team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries
• Build and maintain prospect lists using lead generation tools
• Run outbound outreach by email, LinkedIn and cold calls
• Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline
• Handle client communication and schedule discovery meetings
• Take part in client calls and present DevQuester's services
• Keep accurate records of leads, conversations and pipeline status
• Meet monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked and deals closed

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation or sales
• Experience in IT services, software or digital agency sales is preferred
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to work the 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT shift
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace

Required skills

• Cold calling, cold email and LinkedIn outreach
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or a CRM is a plus

• Fixed monthly salary of PKR 40,000 - 45,000
