Remote Recruitment Specialist (Part‑time)

About the role
EverestX is seeking proactive individuals to work as Recruitment Specialists on a part‑time, remote basis. You will source and engage US‑based candidates, guiding them through the application process.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to US‑based candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Engage with candidates to understand their career goals.
- Facilitate a seamless application process for candidates.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
Required profile
- Active LinkedIn profile (minimum 1 year old) with 300+ connections.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
- Availability 3 hours daily, 8:00 PM–11:00 PM Pakistan Time.
- Prior recruitment or sales experience is a plus but not required.
What we offer
- Performance‑based compensation: PKR 30,000–60,000 per month, paid bi‑monthly.
