Remote Sales Representative

About the role

ScaleUp is looking for a confident and skilled Sales Representative to join its team remotely. The role involves contacting small business owners, explaining how a professional website can help their businesses grow, and convincing them to use the company's services. No specific degree is required; communication and sales skills are valued more than formal education or previous experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact small business owners by phone and explain the benefits of a professional website
• Persuade customers to use the company's services through consultative selling and negotiation
• Follow up leads consistently and manage time and organization across many sales conversations
• Use smartphones, email, spreadsheets and other digital tools to track prospects and sales activity

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional customer interactions
• Confidence speaking with business owners over the phone
• Basic understanding of websites and their benefits
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• No specific degree required
