Remote ServiceNow Developer – Work from Pakistan, USD Salary

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team remotely from Pakistan. You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM processes while delivering high‑quality integrations and custom applications.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules using UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex workflows, Flow Designer automations, and Scripted REST APIs within scoped applications.
• Support and optimize ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Analytics, and Discovery capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations with third‑party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and JDBC.
• Create custom Service Portal pages and widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, conduct code reviews, and manage update sets, platform upgrades, and patches.
• Document configurations, process flows, integrations, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
