Repair Technician – ATM Rework Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Repair Technician to join our ATM rework team. The role focuses on repairing ATM modules at the component level, supervising packaging of repaired parts, and ensuring high service quality for our financial institution clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical repairs on ATM modules, including hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Supervise and coordinate rework team members to meet daily repair targets.
• Maintain and share service documentation and knowledge across the rework centre.
• Report progress and issues internally at all levels within the rework centre.
• Ensure high customer‑engineer (CE) satisfaction ratings and adherence to service level agreements.
• Support the use of transaction and software systems related to ATM repairs.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in electronics or mechanics, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years).
• Experience managing third‑party suppliers and field service operations.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead solution‑design activities.
