Restaurant Management Team – Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Manager

About the role

Cheezious is expanding its Operations team and is seeking dynamic leaders for three key positions across its restaurant locations. The roles focus on driving operational excellence, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring profitability in a fast‑paced QSR environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations, align with brand standards, and achieve KPIs for people, sales, and profit.
• Manage financial performance, including P&L, sales tracking, cost control, and cash audits.
• Hire, coach, and develop future leaders, building a strong talent bench.
• Oversee compliance with preventative maintenance, food safety, and quality audits.
• Execute detailed operational walks, manage FOH/BOH activities, and ensure service and product quality.
• Prepare staff deployment plans, forecast product consumption, and calibrate equipment.
• Supervise crew during shifts, conduct pre‑shift briefings, monitor cleanliness and safety, and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Complete shift reports and communicate operational challenges to management.

Required profile

• Graduation (mandatory) for all positions.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in the Fast Food/QSR industry.
• Self‑motivated, responsive, and able to work effectively under stress.
