Retail Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will deliver an excellent in‑store customer experience while supporting the achievement of sales targets. You will engage with customers, recommend suitable products, and maintain high store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide product information, cross‑selling and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the store’s product range, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store‑level sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished according to visual merchandising standards and keep the store clean and organized.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, processing transactions, returns and exchanges accurately.
• Participate in team meetings, sales huddles and product knowledge sessions, and communicate feedback to the Store Manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a premium marine, sports or lifestyle environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with a proactive sales approach.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and work effectively in a fast‑paced team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varied shifts.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus.
