Retail Sales Executive (In‑Store Branding & Dealer Engagement)

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive will support MIDEA Pakistan’s retail network by ensuring brand standards, product visibility, and dealer engagement across assigned outlets. This remote position focuses on in‑store branding, point‑of‑sale execution, and market intelligence for a leading home‑appliances brand.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail outlets regularly to verify compliance with company retail execution standards.
• Maintain high‑quality in‑store branding, product displays, and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Identify and implement new product display opportunities to boost customer engagement.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions for retailers and sales staff.
• Coordinate dealer engagement activities and align with internal sales teams.
• Execute trade‑marketing and promotional campaigns within the territory.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Provide detailed market feedback and branding requirements to senior management.
• Analyze retail performance data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with dealers and shop owners.
• Ensure adherence to branding guidelines and retail SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail networks or the home‑appliances industry.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
