About the role

Founder Visa UK, a UK‑based incubator supporting Innovator Founder Visa applicants, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Specialist to be based in Karachi. The role will focus on generating leads, promoting services, and supporting business development for entrepreneurs worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Generate leads through social media, phone calls, email, WhatsApp, networking and partnerships.
• Contact prospective clients, explain services and schedule consultations.
• Follow up on leads and assist in converting them into sales.
• Identify business development and referral opportunities.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, email marketing and promotional content creation.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads and sales activities.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good communication, sales and relationship‑building abilities.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Comfortable using telephone, email, WhatsApp and online meeting tools.
• Motivated, organised and eager to learn.
• Fresh graduates, students or candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
• Training and guidance will be provided.
