Sales Closer – International Sales (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for experienced sales closers to join our international sales campaigns at Ambition BPO in Rawalpindi. The role is night‑shift based, focusing on closing sales over the phone and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients and close sales over the phone.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize campaign performance.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience as a Closer in international BPO campaigns.
• Experience in Final Expense.
• Strong closing skills with a target‑oriented mindset.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and commitment to performance.
