Sales Development Representative – Appointment Setter (Tech Products)

About the role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative based in Lahore to help expand our UAE client base. You will focus on outbound prospecting and appointment setting for tech products, targeting business owners and decision‑makers.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to UAE businesses.
- Identify and engage with business owners and decision‑makers.
- Generate conversations via LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Email.
- Research and find new prospects.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients.
- Qualify leads and book sales appointments.
- Manage prospects and activities through our CRM.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of B2B sales, cold calling or SDR experience.
- Excellent spoken English and confident, persuasive communication.
- Strong follow‑up skills and comfort speaking with CEOs, founders, and managers.
- Target‑driven and hungry to achieve results.
- Previous UAE/GCC sales experience is a plus.
