About the role
We are looking for a driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to generate leads through high‑volume cold calling and book qualified appointments for our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make 50–100 outbound cold calls daily
- Pitch Deveonic’s SEO & digital services
- Qualify prospects and identify decision‑makers
- Book meetings for closers
- Handle objections and follow up consistently
- Update CRM with call activity
Required profile
- 3+ years experience in cold calling / outbound sales
- Strong English communication skills
- Confident, persistent, and target‑driven
- Basic CRM knowledge
