Sales Development Representative (Remote, US Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. You will engage inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and qualify potential customers to create meaningful opportunities for our Account Executives. This fully remote position works on a US‑aligned schedule, ideal for candidates who enjoy research, communication, and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound leads, demo requests, and sign‑ups promptly and with personalized messaging.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new opportunities.
• Research target companies, industries, and decision‑makers to tailor outreach.
• Qualify leads based on fit, interest, and buying readiness, then schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in the CRM, tracking outreach and follow‑up activity.
• Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly and handle objections professionally.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to work a US‑aligned shift and collaborate with US‑based clients.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
