Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the entire sales journey for high‑value residential projects. This role combines office‑based client interaction with field visits across Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to leads via phone, WhatsApp, email and walk‑ins, qualifying client needs, budget and timeline.
• Meet clients at the office, Empire Centre experience centre or their location, and conduct site, model‑apartment and experience‑centre tours.
• Present project details—including apartments, amenities, materials, quality and pricing—clearly and persuasively.
• Prepare bespoke buying proposals, handle objections, negotiate and close sales, and manage related paperwork and advance payments.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records, ensuring consistent follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team and management to achieve individual and team targets.
• Represent the company at open days, previews, launches and client events, building long‑term relationships and generating referrals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, luxury or high‑value sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Confident, presentable and poised with strong interpersonal skills.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated, well‑organized with reliable follow‑up using CRM/WhatsApp Business.
• Comfortable meeting clients in person and conducting site visits; own conveyance preferred.
• Degree in business, marketing, law, languages, literature or a related field.
