Sales Executive – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales for Pakistan’s premier high‑altitude 5‑star luxury resort project. Based in Islamabad, you will leverage your high‑profile network to attract high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate investors for our exclusive chalet portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize personal PR and elite contacts to generate qualified leads and acquire new HNWI and corporate clients.
• Conduct in‑person and remote presentations of studio, 1‑bed, duplex, and presidential chalets, highlighting rental yields and flexible payment structures.
• Maintain detailed CRM records, follow up professionally, and submit daily/weekly performance reports.
• Schedule client meetings, travel across Islamabad/Rawalpindi as needed, and convert leads into confirmed bookings to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of sales experience in high‑end real estate, luxury hospitality, or international client management.
• Established high‑profile personal PR and professional network capable of onboarding HNWI and corporate investors independently.
• Exceptional spoken and written English, strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident, presentable, persistent, and results‑oriented with willingness to travel for client visits.
