Sales Executive - Luxury Real Estate Resort

About the role

A full-time, onsite Business Development Specialist is sought in Islamabad to sell a flagship 5-star luxury resort project featuring 65 eco-friendly chalets (Studio, 1-Bed, Duplex and Presidential suites). The resort is targeted for completion in 2027 and offers a wellness center, spa, heated pool and lakeside views. The role relies on a strong personal network to acquire new clients directly and to pitch high-value luxury real estate to investors and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Use personal high-profile contacts to acquire new HNWI and corporate clients directly
• Generate qualified leads through networking, direct engagement, cold calling and digital campaigns
• Present the resort's value proposition, starting at PKR 13.1M with flexible 25/50/50 payment options
• Conduct in-person and remote sales presentations on the unit categories and rental yields
• Schedule meetings and visit clients in Islamabad and Rawalpindi when needed
• Convert leads into confirmed chalet bookings to meet weekly and monthly KPIs
• Maintain lead records in the CRM and follow up regularly
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports to management

Required profile

• 4-5 years of sales experience in high-end real estate, luxury hospitality or international client management
• Established personal network able to onboard HNWI and corporate investors independently
• Exceptional spoken and written English, with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to explain financial returns, amenities and investment potential of high-altitude resort developments
• Confident, presentable and persistent, with willingness to travel within the region
