About the role

The Sales Lead will develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. This role collaborates across operations, product, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Prospect, qualify, and close B2B deals in the courier and logistics sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and finance teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals and regular business development reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in courier and logistics B2B sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and implementing successful strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Customer‑focused mindset with ability to work independently.
