About the role
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead high‑ticket B2B sales in the IT and technology sector. The role involves generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals of $10K+.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and keep accurate CRM records.
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, proposals, negotiations and close high‑ticket deals.
- Develop relationships with CEOs, founders, directors and other senior decision‑makers.
Required profile
- 3–10 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record in high‑ticket sales and closing deals of $10K+.
- Experience in IT, software, SaaS, digital agency or related technology sectors.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation techniques.
