Sales Manager – Logistics & Freight Forwarding

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Sales Manager to drive business growth, acquire new import/export clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads for customs clearance, air freight, sea freight (LCL/FCL), and road transportation.
• Approach and onboard importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare competitive freight quotations, negotiate rates, and coordinate with operations and pricing teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and shipping line/airline rates.
• Collaborate with Operations, Documentation, and Customs Clearance teams for smooth shipment execution.
• Maintain daily sales reports and report to General Manager/Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA in Marketing or Supply Chain preferred).
• 3‑5 years proven sales experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, or logistics.
• Existing client base of importers/exporters is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan customs procedures and major ports.
