About the role

The Deputy Manager – Stock Planning will oversee production and inventory planning, aligning demand forecasts with material availability to ensure optimal stock levels and smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute production plans based on demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Sales, Commercial, R&D and Category teams for effective stock planning and new product launches.
Monitor material availability, manage MRP, and prevent production delays.
Plan stock replenishment for locally manufactured and imported products and coordinate transfers between warehouses and showrooms.

Required profile

Experience in production and inventory planning within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
Strong analytical skills to assess demand trends, capacity and stock requirements.

Required skills

SAP/ERP systems for data management and reporting.
Material Requirement Planning (MRP) processes.
