Customer Operations Specialist

About the role

The Customer Operations Specialist will coordinate daily interactions with customers, ensuring accurate order management, record keeping, and smooth communication between operational teams. This role supports business growth by handling invoicing, payment recovery, and analytical reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm and manage order requirements with customers, maintaining accuracy and satisfaction.
• Maintain daily transaction, order, delivery, and customer records using Excel and other tools.
• Extract operational data from ERP systems to prepare timely billing and invoices.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure clear communication and prompt invoicing.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers for payment recovery.
• Prepare weekly analytical reports on business growth and operational performance.
• Address routine customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with good communication skills.
