About the role
We are looking for a confident, organized Dispatcher to join our fast‑growing logistics team. You will act as the key link between drivers and customers, ensuring every delivery runs smoothly and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Assign delivery jobs to drivers based on location and availability
- Keep drivers and customers updated with timely ETAs
- Track deliveries to ensure on‑time pickups and drop‑offs
- Handle customer queries professionally over calls and WhatsApp
- Negotiate rates with clients when needed
- Solve delays and issues quickly and smartly
- Maintain accurate records of jobs and payments
Required profile
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask
- Basic knowledge of UK courier/logistics is a plus
- Dispatching experience preferred but not required
