About the role

Global Travel Express is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for its Travel Agency division in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on driving travel booking sales, building client relationships and leveraging the latest industry tools, without any team‑management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase travel agency bookings and revenue.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs and competitive positioning.
• Utilise CRM techniques to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Manage and optimise travel reservation systems, global distribution systems and itinerary management software for efficient bookings.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for decision‑making.
• Stay updated on digital sales tools and integrate them into daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Support process improvements to enhance workflow, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in travel agency sales.
• Comprehensive knowledge of travel agency booking software and market best practices.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency with digital sales tools, global distribution systems and travel itinerary management software.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams.
