Sales & Marketing Manager – Remote (Night Shift, USD Salary)

About the role

DigiHyre is seeking a remote Sales & Marketing Manager to support a US‑based photography and videography company. You will handle inbound client enquiries, provide consultative sales guidance, and guide customers from first contact to signed contracts during night‑shift hours aligned with US Central Time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound client enquiries and conduct professional sales consultations via phone and Zoom.
• Recommend suitable service packages, clearly explaining pricing, timelines, add‑ons, and next steps.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales pipeline: prompt follow‑ups, accurate CRM notes, and steady progress toward monthly booking targets.
• Maintain and optimise the CRM (automations, templates, workflows, reporting).
• Stay current on industry trends and technology to ensure relevant recommendations.
• Coordinate with production and marketing teams for smooth hand‑off once a client books.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of consultative/inside sales experience, preferably selling services to US or international clients.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral, warm accent; strong written English for follow‑ups and CRM messaging.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours (approx. 11 PM – 8 AM PKT) long‑term.
• Prior experience in photography/videography, events, hospitality, luxury/lifestyle, or high‑ticket services is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel (HighLevel) CRM (preferred).
• Familiarity with other CRMs such as HubSpot or Zoho.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, and messaging platforms.
