Sales Officer

About the role

Elite Group of Companies PVT LTD is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Officer in Karachi. The Sales Officer identifies and pursues new business opportunities, manages leads and maintains strong client relationships across the company's business units.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and present product and service offerings
• Prepare quotations and proposals and support the completion of sales transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
• Track sales performance and contribute to channel sales strategies
• Meet defined sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism and client retention
• Lead generation ability: prospecting, qualifying opportunities and maintaining an organised sales pipeline
• Effective verbal and written communication for client engagement, presentations and internal coordination
• Sales operations experience, such as managing sales processes, documentation, reporting and CRM tools
• Channel sales skills, including working with partners, distributors or agents
• Beneficial: familiarity with several business sectors, basic financial literacy, negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing or a related field, plus prior sales or customer-facing experience, is an advantage
