Sales Representative – Retail FMCG (Lahore)

About the role

Raheel Products is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to expand retail penetration across Lahore and nearby areas. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and focuses on increasing shelf presence in modern trade and traditional retail outlets while gathering market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned shops regularly to ensure product availability, correct merchandising and visibility of key SKUs.
• Build and maintain relationships with shop owners, wholesalers and local distributors to drive repeat orders.
• Execute in‑store promotions, displays and sampling activities according to company guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, collect sales and POS data, and submit timely sales reports using company formats.
• Maintain digital records of shop visits and share them with the supervisor.
• Negotiate shelf space and pricing displays, ensuring planogram compliance.
• Plan and manage retail routes efficiently to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent.
• Proven selling experience in retail FMCG or consumer‑goods environments with field/account visits.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Basic numeracy for order processing, cash handling and discount calculations.
• Good time‑management and route‑planning skills.
• Physical stamina for frequent travel within Lahore and handling small boxes.
• Valid motorbike riding licence if using a motorbike; vehicle maintenance is the candidate’s responsibility.
