Sales & Services Intern

About the role

Consultisor is looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Services Intern to join its on‑site team in Karachi. You will assist the sales department in daily operations, helping to connect with potential clients and support the delivery of legal and business services to startups and entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Assist in presenting Consultisor’s service portfolio to prospects.
• Handle basic customer‑service interactions and update client records.
• Follow up on leads under the guidance of senior sales staff.
• Coordinate service delivery and ensure timely communication with clients.
• Escalate complex queries to senior team members.
• Participate in training sessions and prepare simple sales reports.
• Contribute ideas to improve client experience and sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Interest in sales and basic understanding of sales processes.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Marketing, Commerce or related degree program.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive, proactive attitude with an interest in legal and business services for startups.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software such as spreadsheets, presentations and email.
• Comfort learning and using CRM or sales tools.
