About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting property units, and driving the sales process from demonstration to closure.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse client requirements to tailor property solutions.
- Provide comprehensive briefings on relevant property units.
- Conduct product demonstrations, arrange site visits, and ensure timely deal closures.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to capture evolving needs.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships.
Required profile
- Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Alignment with core company values.
- At least 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills.
