Sales Specialist – Lead Generation & B2B Sales

About the role

Spotlight GB Ltd is seeking a confident, motivated Sales Specialist to join its remote team in Pakistan. The role focuses on lead generation, outbound outreach, and managing the full sales cycle to convert prospects into paying clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential businesses that could benefit from Spotlight GB’s services.
• Build targeted prospect lists, conduct outbound cold calls, and outreach via email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
• Qualify prospects, conduct sales and discovery meetings, present solutions and case studies.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline in the CRM, record all activities and provide regular updates to management.
• Follow up consistently, re‑engage leads, and escalate complex opportunities as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in lead generation, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting or business development.
• Confidence speaking with UK business owners and decision‑makers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to handle rejection professionally.
