Sales Specialist - Travel

About the role

Kahror Pacca Travels Pvt Ltd (KPT), a travel management company founded in 2014 in Islamabad, Pakistan, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist. The role promotes KPT's travel services, including Umrah packages, air ticketing, visa consultancy, hotel bookings and customised travel solutions, to individual, group and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person and by phone or digital channels, understand their travel needs and prepare quotations.
• Closing sales and ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Keep up to date with travel products, routes, fares and visa requirements.
• Contribute to sales reporting and performance improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication, customer service and sales skills, with training and sales management capability.
• Relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or a related service industry is highly beneficial.
• Strong organisational, time-management and attention-to-detail skills, able to handle several client requests at once.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, tourism or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Required skills

• Comfort with basic computer applications and reservation/booking systems.
• Experience with GDS or travel platforms is a plus.
