Sales Support Officer & Executive Assistant (Female Preferred)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive professional to combine sales support functions with executive assistance to the CEO. The role ensures smooth daily operations for the sales team while providing high‑level administrative support to the CEO’s office in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and business proposals.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, deliveries and payments.
• Generate and analyse sales data in Excel, produce monthly reports and presentations.
• Maintain and update the customer database/CRM and follow up with the sales team.
• Coordinate with accounts, logistics and operations to ensure flawless order execution.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements and correspondence.
• Draft official letters, emails and reports on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes and track action items.
• Handle confidential documents and act as liaison between the CEO, internal departments and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, administration or executive assistance.
• Female candidates preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
