Sales Verification Consultant – Night Shift

About the role

PRIME BPO is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Verification Consultant to verify Final Expense sales on a night‑shift schedule. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for candidates with BPO experience who want to grow a long‑term career in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the Final Expense campaign for accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and policy details professionally.
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies, escalate issues, and maintain accurate verification records.
• Coordinate with sales and quality‑assurance teams to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Stay available for overtime, additional training, or performance‑improvement sessions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a verifier on any campaign (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Professional attitude with solid customer‑handling skills.
• Ability to work night shifts; regular students are not eligible.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• CRM handling proficiency.
