Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our on‑site team. The role focuses on driving organic growth through comprehensive on‑page, technical, and off‑page SEO strategies, while also managing content and Google Business Profile optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute on‑page SEO plans, including intent mapping, semantic optimization, content audits, and internal linking.
• Perform technical SEO tasks such as page‑speed, image, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Manage content on WordPress and Webflow.NET, handling plugins, redirects, custom code, and theme customization.
• Lead off‑site SEO initiatives, including citations, blogger outreach, and guest posting.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles and track performance using GSC, GA4, and SEMRush.
• Analyze SEO data, produce actionable reports, and communicate findings clearly.
• Create AI prompts and simple image assets to support SEO campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on SEO experience, with at least 2 years in an SEO agency.
• Proven track record in off‑page link building and authority development.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime during critical project phases.
