Segment Head – Governance & Quality Control

About the role

The Bank of Punjab is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Governance and Quality Control segment. This senior position will oversee the validation, processing, and compliance of financial and non‑financial customer requests while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage timely validation and processing of all financial and non‑financial customer requests.
• Oversee CBC activities for BANCA Insurance to ensure they are completed on schedule.
• Monitor team productivity against defined parameters in the Performance Management System (PSM).
• Control access to CCTV systems, retrieve recordings when required, and maintain security protocols.
• Communicate bank policies, processes, product initiatives, and promotions to team members and ensure compliance.
• Conduct review sessions with team members based on correspondence and call evaluations.
• Ensure strict adherence to Bank of Punjab policies and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) prudential regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC‑recognized university.
• 9 to 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in banking.
• Age not exceeding 55 years as of June 12, 2026.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage compliance, and handle operational controls.
