About the role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our call centre team in Rawalpindi as Self Verifiers and Verifiers. The role operates on the night shift and involves handling verification tasks for inbound and outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct self‑verification and verification processes for customers over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of verification outcomes.
- Follow call centre scripts and quality standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with good English proficiency.
- Confident, motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- 6–12 months of call centre or telemarketing experience preferred, but fresh candidates with the right attitude are welcome.

- Monthly salary ranging from 40,000 to 70,000 PKR.
