Semi-Senior Accountant

About the role

CBM Accounting Ltd is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and reliable Semi-Senior Accountant to join its growing team. The role offers practical experience in UK accounting and bookkeeping, with a competitive monthly salary of PKR 50,000 to 80,000. It is a full-time, on-site position in Naval Anchorage, Islamabad, working 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Record and review day-to-day financial transactions
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Review accounting records for accuracy and completeness
• Assist senior accountants with client bookkeeping and accounts
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines
• Communicate professionally with clients when required

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of UK accounting experience
• Experience in bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks
• Good spoken and written English

• Double-entry bookkeeping
• Bank reconciliations
• Xero
