About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to lead the finance function of a large‑scale rice mill. The role will oversee all accounting activities, drive financial planning and provide strategic insights to support the company’s growth in the manufacturing sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage overall finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and present timely financial reports to senior management.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to guide business decisions.
- Supervise, mentor and develop the finance team.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience in a large‑scale industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong analytical, leadership and decision‑making abilities.
- Professional finance qualification such as CA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
