Senior AI Consultant and Trainer

About the role

Gulf Desk Services is launching an AI consulting practice from its Lahore office to serve businesses across the UAE and GCC. The role is hands‑on and foundational, responsible for running client sessions, preparing material, and shaping the practice as it grows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client‑facing education, designing and delivering training for finance, operations, sales and administration teams.
• Conduct discovery workshops with business owners and department heads, producing clear assessments and recommendations on AI adoption.
• Build proof‑of‑concept solutions to demonstrate value and secure client commitment.
• Scope automation projects, brief engineers, and remain accountable for the final solution delivered to the client.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience building AI solutions that you can walk through.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in AI, intelligent automation or workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to identify technology‑added value.
• Experience integrating APIs, webhooks and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS, telephony).
• Familiarity with RAG systems and vector databases.
• Fluent professional business English, both written and spoken.
• Proven capability in training, coaching or client education.
• Ability to own work end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
• Based in Lahore or willing to relocate, with working hours overlapping the GCC business day.
