Senior AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

Devinity Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to act as the technical face of the company for prospective and existing clients. The role blends deep AI engineering expertise with client‑facing responsibilities, guiding projects from concept through delivery while building confidence in the firm’s capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Devinity’s AI engineering capabilities in client discussions.
• Analyse client requirements, workflows, and technical challenges to uncover AI‑driven opportunities.
• Design practical, scalable, secure and commercially viable AI solutions.
• Prepare system architecture, project scope, estimates and implementation plans.
• Present solutions clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Lead AI projects through design, development, deployment and delivery.
• Provide technical direction, task breakdowns, code reviews and engineering guidance.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, designers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery against timelines, technical standards and client expectations.
• Identify technical risks early and propose mitigations.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients throughout execution.
• Stay current with emerging AI models, frameworks, tools and architectures.

Required profile

• Senior‑level AI engineering experience with a track record of delivering production‑grade solutions.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Leadership ability to guide multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Commercial awareness to align technical proposals with business value.
