Senior Associate I - Human Capital

About the role

PwC Pakistan's People at PwC Human Capital team supports the employee life cycle, including recruitment and induction, organisation development and core HR operations. This Senior Associate I role in Lahore ensures accurate Workday administration, compliant processes, high data integrity and strong stakeholder coordination, with oversight of ICAP trainee processes and health insurance administration.

Key responsibilities

• Talent acquisition: run semi-annual trainee induction programs for CA, ACCA and GP candidates, handle end-to-end firm-level recruitment, and support employer branding.
• Organisation development: plan and coordinate training sessions, support OD initiatives, prepare post-training feedback forms and feed data into the AQI dashboard.
• HR operations: onboarding (employment forms, bank accounts, IGI health insurance, Workday IDs), exit/clearance, settlements, appointment and promotion letters, intern management, payroll data input, monthly headcount reports, increments and employee queries.
• Health insurance: manage claims end-to-end, including document verification, claim preparation and dispatch.
• Performance appraisal: track feedback exchange submissions, manager approvals and follow up with Lahore staff for compliance.

Required profile

• Master's degree in human resources with at least 3-4 years' experience.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in HR analytics, using data insights to support talent management and data-driven decisions.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, with strong hands-on Excel including advanced functions.
• Power BI dashboards.
• Workday administration.
