Senior Barista

About the role

The Senior Barista is a full‑time, on‑site position based in DHA, Phase 6, Lahore. You will prepare high‑quality coffee and beverages, operate espresso equipment, and ensure consistent drink standards while delivering excellent guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, specialty coffee beverages and other menu items following quality standards.
• Manage daily counter operations, handle cash and POS transactions accurately, and monitor inventory levels.
• Coach and train junior baristas, support team coordination and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in line with health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong coffee‑making skills with experience in espresso preparation and drink customization.
• Proven customer‑service experience, able to communicate clearly, manage queues and create a welcoming environment.
• Leadership ability to mentor junior staff and support team performance.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, work flexible shifts and lift supplies.

Required skills

• Operation of espresso machines and related coffee‑brewing equipment.
• Use of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
