Senior Business Development Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Hotel One Vogue Lahore is looking for a senior Business Development Manager to lead corporate sales, increase room occupancy and maximise revenue from banquets and events. The role requires strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills to expand the hotel’s market presence in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet room, banquet and overall revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business from corporate organisations, government departments, embassies, NGOs, airlines and travel partners.
• Negotiate corporate rate agreements and commercial contracts, and manage key accounts for retention and growth.
• Promote banquet halls, meeting rooms and event spaces, coordinating with Operations and Events teams to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends and market developments, preparing regular market intelligence reports.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports and track performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5‑10 years of sales or business development experience with internationally recognised hotel brands.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets in the hospitality sector.
• Experience working with corporate, government, embassy, NGO and travel trade accounts in Lahore.
