Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

Abdullah Developers is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead key projects in Murree. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating a small team, and ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Lead and coordinate a team of five members to execute project tasks efficiently.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Manage communication channels among clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Implement and uphold quality management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards applicable to construction projects.
• Prepare detailed status reports, highlighting challenges and outcomes for senior management.
• Facilitate problem‑solving sessions and decision‑making to address issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budget records.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to lead a team of around five members.
• Strong strategic planning and risk‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to scope, schedule, and quality management.
