Senior Consultant – Internal Audit & Risk Management System Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end implementation of an Internal Audit & Risk Management System for a leading client in Karachi. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post‑go‑live support, ensuring the solution meets the client’s audit and risk management needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client implementation projects from initiation through go‑live and post‑deployment support.
• Engage with clients to capture business requirements, map them to system functionalities and configure the solution accordingly.
• Configure, test and deploy the Internal Audit & Risk Management System following best practices.
• Conduct user training sessions and produce comprehensive documentation.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Provide ongoing advisory and support to clients after implementation.
• Collaborate with internal technical and business teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system implementation consulting, preferably in internal audit, risk management, ERP or GRC solutions.
• Proven project management and client delivery track record.
• Strong understanding of audit and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation and documentation abilities.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA or PMP are a strong plus.
