About the role
Bestway Cement is looking for a Senior Deputy Manager – Finance to lead its financial operations in Islamabad. The role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, compliance and controls while supporting strategic financial planning. The position reports to senior management and plays a critical role in financial decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present financial reports for management.
- Lead the budgeting process and manage the general ledger.
- Monitor cash flows and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Support tax compliance and provide financial analysis.
- Assist in financial planning and decision‑making.
Required profile
- CA Finalist or ACCA qualified.
- 8‑10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
