Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

About the role

An experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant is sought to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. The role suits someone who can independently manage implementation activities and deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Hold client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions to turn business processes into effective ERP solutions.
• Configure and manage Business Central modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, sales, purchasing, inventory and financial reporting.
• Manage Chart of Accounts, posting groups, dimensions, master data and other functional configurations.
• Coordinate data migration, system testing, UAT and go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and user guides; run demonstrations and train end users.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams on customisation and integration needs.
• Manage project deliverables, keep clients informed and mentor junior consultants where needed.
